Rob Harris is a Western Colorado father, caregiver, Certified IEP Facilitator, and systems advocate working across blindness, special education, Medicaid, and youth transition.
Rob Harris is a father, caregiver, Colorado Department of Education Certified IEP Facilitator, and disability-systems advocate from Grand Junction. His work spans blindness and Braille literacy, special education, assistive technology, Medicaid and HCBS, and youth self-determination. He brings family experience and a systems background to state and national policy conversations.
Rob and Isabelle Harris are a father-and-daughter advocacy team from Western Colorado. Isabelle is a 19-year-old Braille reader, assistive-technology user, white-cane traveler, and self-advocate. Together, they connect lived experience with practical systems change.
